2011 has been marked as the year of Gadgets. Multi-national companies are in race to produce top-class Gadgets in order to capture their market share. Gadgets that are expected to rule the 2011 are going to be listed in this article, lets have a look…

1. iPad 2

It is thin, it is light, it is smart guess what is it? Yes it is Apple’s second generation iPad 2. Soon after its release it has became much talked about Gadget. It features dual-core  A5 chip that makes it two times faster, superfast graphics that are ideal for the game lovers, 10 hrs battery life, LED backlit display, Multi-touch functioning, World’s most advanced mobile operating system iOS 4, Connectivity with Wi-Fi n 3G and dual-cameras. These spectacular features make it unique. Steve Jobs of Apple is of opinion that 2011 will be the year of iPad 2.

2. iPhone 4

The 2^nd Gadget in our list of “Top10 Gadgets of 2011” is again from Apple’s family. It is more than a cell-phone. It features Face time, 5-Megapixel camera with LED flash, Retina display that makes its screen sharpest and most vibrant, Air print that helps to print photos, email, web pages from iPhone, Maps + Compass helps to find location and direction, iTunes store to shop the World’s largest digital entertainment store. It has other smart features like iMovie, Multitasking, Game center, iPod, Airplay, iBooks and HD Video Recording features. Operating system in iPhone 4 is iOS 4 that has easy to use interface.

3. Amazon Kindle

The 3^rd Gadget in our list of “Top 10 Gadget of 2011” is an e-book by Amazon. It is a 6 inches e-reader that is thin and smart enough to carry easily. It has two versions one has both Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity and the other can merely be connected via Wi-Fi. It has 4GB internal memory and is capable of storing 3,500 electronic books.

4. Blackberry Playbook

The 4^th Gadget in our list of “Top 10 Gadgets of 2011” is Blackberry Playbook; it is a Tablet PC that has 7 inches multi-touch LCD display with 1024×600 resolutions. It features 1GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM with symmetric multi-processing capability. Its multi-processing capacity helps in multi-tasking. With 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity one can access the internet easily. It has forward facing and rear facing cameras. It is best device for video-conferencing. If you are business man it is the gadget that will fulfill many needs because it a business Gadget with full corporate data access.

5. Nintendo 3DS

iPhone 5 that is still in Apple’s factory is at number 8 in our countdown. This much awaited gadget whose launch is expected somewhere in July, features dual-core processor. It is expected to have Face Recognition Security, built in GPS, scratch resistant screen, thinner body and longer battery life than iPhone 4

9. Google Nexus S

The 2^nd last Gadget in our list of “Top 10 Gadgets of 2011” is Google Nexus S. It is an android phone with 1 GHz processor, pre-installed Gingerbread, brilliant contour display and latest Google mobile Apps. It is smart, thin and stylish. One can be easily carried away after its first look.

10. Acer’s Tablet

The last Gadget in the list of “Top 10 Gadgets of 2011” is Acer’s 10 inches Window 7 Tablet. Its features 1.3 megapixel twin cameras (front and rear), docking keyboard and it run on next-gen AMD processor. It was launched in February 2011. How it will perform overall? It is still a mystery.
