Lenovo unveiled a new tough notebook that’s been designed for students! Now parents don’t have to worry about giving their kids their own computer because the new Lenovo ThinkPad X130e can withstand their demanding tasks!
The 11.6-inch Lenovo ThinkPad X130e features a top cover rubber bumper to absorb impacts made on the side of the laptop. It also has a stronger corner that prevents damage in case the notebook is dropped. Adding to its durability are the reinforced and recessed ports. The LED panel is also protected by the strong bezel with 1.2mm thick plastic.
Aside from being tough, the Lenovo ThinkPad X130e is also capable of superior performance. Customers can choose from the AMD Fusion E-300 and E-450 or Intel second generation Core i3-2367M ULV processors. For a rich visual experience, customers can choose from the AMD Radeon or Intel HD graphics.
They can also choose up to 8GB of RAM and a 320 or 500GB hard drive for their storage. There are also two choices of a battery: a 3-cell and a 6-cell battery. The 6-cell battery delivers up to 8.5 hours of life, which makes it a great choice.
Other features include a webcam, island-style keyboard and VGA, HDMI, Ethernet ports and 3 USB ports.
